MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Purely You Monthly Wellness Membership is $95 per month and is billed automatically to a valid credit card on file. Membership benefits reset monthly and do not roll over.
A 90-day minimum commitment is required. After the initial commitment, membership may be canceled with 30 days written notice via email prior to the next billing cycle.
Memberships are non-transferable, may not be shared, and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
Appointments are required for all services and availability is not guaranteed. All no-show and late cancellation policies apply, including for membership services and any complimentary benefits.
