Due to the nature of the products we sell, Purely You Aesthetic Boutique does not accept returns or refunds on skincare products purchased online or at our Spa Boutique.
In the rare event of a severe reaction to a product or ingredient, you must notify us within 24hrs of your reaction. Your prompt response will allow for proper evaluation and care as well as documentation of your reaction. Upon reviewing your skin with one of our Aestheticians, Purely You Aesthetique Boutique will issue a full refund or credit you once your product has been returned to our spa. Products must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Travel size products and Travel Kits are non-refundable and non-exchangeable as they are intended to provide a low-risk opportunity to sample a product. We ask that you still report any type of skin reaction to Purely You Aesthetic Boutique. Your prompt response will allow for proper evaluation and care for your skin.
If your skincare product arrives damaged or broken, Purely You Aesthetic Boutique will issue a full refund. We ask that you save the original packaging and return or ship the damaged product/s back to us within 14 days of purchase. Purely You Aesthetic Boutique will not issue a refund until we receive the damaged product/s.
Purely You Aesthetic Boutique is NOT responsible for product purchases that may be lost or stolen in transit. If this occurs to your shipment, you need to file a claim with the post office. You will need your tracking number to file this claim, so please keep your confirmation emails.
